Line Cook

We are looking for a Line Cook to join our team to plate dishes and complete the basic food preparation tasks for our restaurant and banquet facilities.  The main duties include preparing and cooking food in a specific station, cleaning up prep areas, and making sure the kitchen is stocked.
At least one year of cook experience and completion of a vocational school or a two-year associate degree is ideal; however, we are willing to train motivated and organized individuals with excellent time management skills and a desire for a career in cooking and food preparation.

Food Preparation

We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic food preparation worker to join and assist our kitchen staff by preparing food ingredients for our restaurant and banquet patrons.  The food preparation worker shall wash, peel, slice, trim, chop and grate fruits and vegetables; weigh, measure, and mix a wide variety of ingredients; cut, slice and grind a variety of meats; ensure ingredients are stored and rotated effectively to optimize freshness and ensure desired stock levels at all times; and, collaborate and work in unison with the rest of the kitchen team.
Two or more years of kitchen production experience is ideal; however, we are willing to train motivated and organized individuals with excellent time management skills and a desire for a career in cooking and food preparation.

Bartender

We are looking for a bartender(s) to join our team to serve alcoholic beverages based upon patron requests.  We are a bar, restaurant and banquet facility located within a country club setting that is also open to the public, so beverages shall be served to club members that may or may not have a member account balance, as well as to patrons from the community.  The main duties include verifying identification and legal age of customers, preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and/or food menu items, accepting payment options from customers, balancing cash receipts to record sales, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, assuring the bar stocked, and recording when inventory is running low.
At least one year of bartending experience is recommended.  Completion of a TIPS© Alcohol Training Certification with provision of a copy of the certification card is required.  Completion and documentation of any mixology course is ideal; however, not required.   We are willing to train motivated and organized individuals with excellent time management skills, a positive and friendly disposition, a dedicated and reliable work ethic, and a desire for a career in the bartending industry.
